1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tc444 ("tc444", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using tc444 in any way — including placing wagers, depositing funds, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use tc444. tc444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of tc444 following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and use tc444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tc444 is strictly an adult gaming platform and does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tc444, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. Submitting false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from tc444 or any gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by re-registering.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on tc444. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or via any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. tc444 employs detection systems to identify multiple account registrations.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). tc444 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify tc444 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You must not share your tc444 account credentials with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• tc444 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Players may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID and/or proof of payment method ownership.

tc444 reserves the right to close any account that appears to have been registered with false information, or that is found to be operating in violation of these Terms. In such cases, tc444 may withhold balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tc444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tc444 does not currently accept transactions in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may be subject to limits set by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. tc444 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or different payment methods than those used for the original deposit without completing a KYC verification process.
• tc444 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any transaction it deems unusual in size, frequency, or origin. Processing of the relevant withdrawal may be temporarily delayed pending completion of these checks.
• Deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or that are deposited as part of a money-laundering scheme, are strictly prohibited. tc444 will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• tc444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Processing times displayed on the platform are estimates and may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tc444 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms that apply to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• tc444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by the player. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, it remains subject to the wagering conditions stated at the time of crediting.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per mobile number, and per device. tc444 may refuse a bonus or withhold bonus winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has abused a promotion.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to tc444 support. tc444 reserves the right to reverse any bonus credited in error regardless of whether bets have already been placed using that bonus.
• tc444 promotions are intended for recreational players only. Players displaying patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or using prohibited software — will be disqualified and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

tc444 offers a range of casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slot titles, and sports betting markets. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant licensed game studios. tc444 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes in any way beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) parameters of each game.

Players are expected to engage in gameplay in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each game. tc444 prohibits the following practices, any of which will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the tc444 platform or in any game offered on tc444. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void and will be confiscated.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card-sharing in live dealer games.
• Placing bets specifically to generate rollover from a bonus without genuine recreational gameplay intent (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus scalping).

7. Responsible Gaming

tc444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. tc444 provides a set of self-management tools that all registered players can access from their account settings at any time. tc444 strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the amount of money you spend on gaming.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a given time period to prevent chasing losses.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block your own access to tc444. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed. Players who feel gambling is causing harm should contact [email protected] immediately.

8. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gameplay prohibitions outlined in Section 6, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on tc444 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where tc444 determines a breach has occurred:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other account-related process.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, participating in money laundering, or using tc444 for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
• Accessing tc444 while under a self-exclusion agreement, whether through a new account, a previously suspended account, or any other method.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour toward tc444 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit made to tc444 through your payment provider after bets have been placed using those deposited funds (commonly referred to as a fraudulent chargeback).

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tc444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tc444 determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player's account activity raises concerns about fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct; (c) the player has provided false registration information; or (d) account closure is required to comply with any applicable legal obligation.

A player may voluntarily close their tc444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active wagering requirement will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Balances subject to active wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on tc444 — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game titles, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of tc444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use tc444 for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from tc444 without the prior written consent of tc444.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tc444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, tc444 — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other financial loss — even if tc444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tc444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to tc444 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tc444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. tc444 is not responsible for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond tc444's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or failures of third-party services.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

tc444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using tc444, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tc444 uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect data in transit. tc444 does not sell personal data to third parties. 13. Amendments to These Terms

tc444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tc444 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, tc444 will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via in-platform notification or email to your registered contact.

Your continued use of tc444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using tc444 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
